Strawberry Kefir Smoothies

  

This is probably one of my favorite breakfasts, whether I’m on the run or not. And if not, I enjoy whipping up a batch of breakfast burritos to pair with our smoothies. 

Strawberry Kefir Smoothies

I’m probably the worst person to share recipes with others because I rarely measure anything. (Meaning when something tastes amazing, I can never make it exactly the same way again!)? This is the case with these smoothies but they are delicious, filling and healthy so I’ll do my best! Oh yes, and keep in mind, everything I make is in large quantities so you may need to adjust accordingly.
Ingredients:
1 c. Frozen strawberries
1 c. full-fat plain unsweetened kefir
1/4 c. Ground flax
Stevia, to taste
1-2 Cups of water (I use 2 cups to thin it out and stretch this to feed 6 people)
Directions: 
Toss all ingredients into your food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy! Easy peasy!
