As I stare into the freezer at the meager remains, I wonder what we will eat this week. There’s only so much I can do with frozen shredded zucchini, eggs, and a 25 lb bag of flour. It’s not that we can’t afford more groceries at all! I just love a challenge so shopping only once a month and making 4 weeks of menus from one grocery trip gives me a serious high. At the end of week 4, after I’ve succeeded in feeding our family until their bellies are full, I thank the Lord for providing for us! Seriously, God is good all the time and all the time, God is good. He has always provided and usually gives me a great meal idea using just shredded zucchini, eggs and that 25 lb bag of flour.?
