Do You Have a Testimony to Share?

Some of us have grown up in church with relatively smooth transitions through life. Others have grown up with circumstances I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Some of us have suffered great loss. Others will one day experience great loss. It’s inevitable.

Regardless of your background, you have a story to share, a story of God’s grace in your life. A story that may have been without God and it wasn’t until years later you recognized God’s sovereignty and His hand on your life even when you were unaware of it.

If this is you, you’re just the person we are looking for this year. We are hosting “Testimony Time” once a month for 2016 and looking for people from all walks of life to share their stories.

Regret. Shame. Guilt. Unworthy. Forgotten.

Or…

Faithful. Loving. Providence. Compassion.

If you’ve been feeling God asking you to share your story, maybe this is your “for such a time as this.”

There is a woman out there who needs your story right now. She’s in a dark place looking for hope and you can help her because you’ve been there. God has rescued you from the muck and mire, setting your feet on a rock and giving you a firm place to stand.

There is a woman who’s faithfully attending church but her relationship with Jesus has grown stale. She needs your story of how God rekindled the fire of your first love.

There is a woman who’s struggling in her marriage and she’s ready to give up. She needs your story of how God moved mountains to save your marriage. She needs the hope in Jesus Christ that you can point her to.

There’s a woman who is a young mom struggling to find a balance between her identity as herself and her identy as so-and-so’s wife or mom. She needs your story. You can share how you found your identity in Christ and it made all the difference in the world.

Each of us has a story to share. Share yours here.
