Welcome to a peek at The Farm Wyfe’s table where we enjoy real food, slow food. Where laughter abounds and conversation flows. Where spills happen and grace is given. Where every meal is a time to reconnect with each other. Where you are surrounded by people who love you and want the best for you. Where food isn’t just fuel for the body, but a delicious and satisfying experience for all.
We hope you enjoy this first week of a month of menus. You’ll see from our weekly menu that most of our food comes from the farm–meat, eggs, and produce. I encourage you to find and support a local farmer for your own meat and produce. They grow for you and would love your business and their prices are sure to beat your local grocer’s prices. If there aren’t any farms near you, I have found quality produce and meat at Costco for affordable prices. So here goes nothing…..

☺️ thanks! I’m working on them!!!!☺️
I have a question your breakfast burritos do you make ahead and freeze or make when ever you have them?
I’ve never made then frozen them. I will cook a huge batch of sausage and freeze it in quart size ziplock bags so when I make the burritos, I just throw the frozen browned sausage in the skillet with eggs until it’s heated through.
Love the fend for yourself lunch!
I need to try your mashed cauliflower.
☺️ Thanks! I’ll post the cauliflower recipe soon!!!
