Preheat skillet to med/high heat. Spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter on one tortilla. Slice 1 banana and lay each piece across the tortilla until you’ve completely covered it. Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon over sliced bananas. Spread another tbsp of peanut butter on your second tortilla, then carefully lay it over the sliced bananas. Using a wide spatula, scoop the quesadilla and gently lay it in the skillet. After 2-3 minutes, flip it, and cook 2-3 more minutes. Slice it into 6 pieces and drizzle honey across the top. Repeat steps for remaining tortillas. Delish!
