A challenge?
Yes! Staying fit and focusing on healthier eating choices while having fun doing it is a must this summer. Wherever you live, summer means hot, hot, and hotter! But staying cooped up in the cold air conditioning isn’t healthy either so we have created 14 days of jam-packed fun for you and your family. You’ll have a blast playing outdoors with your kids (even if they’re teenagers!) and eating your way to a healthier family and I promise, it will be awesome!
You don’t have to have tons of time for this challenge because it was designed with a busy mom in mind so we’ve got you covered!

Every morning you’ll receive an email with a tasty recipe, fun outdoor challenges, fast ways to fitness with your family–even if you only have a few minutes–and a family memory verse for the 14 days!

You’ll need a few supplies to make your week go smoother so be sure to check out the list below and pick up these things tonight or improvise with what you’ve got at home. Day One Menu
Breakfast: Greek yogurt parfaits with berries and granola
Lunch: Chef salad with all the fixings (tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped boiled eggs, diced lunch meat, shredded cheese, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper)
*This is a favorite lunch for our family, especially if I put all the toppings in the bowls and the kids create their own salads.
Dinner: Mexican Quinoa (quinoa, ground turkey, taco seasoning, enchilada sauce, canned corn, black beans)
Fitness with the Family
You’ll be super creative with this one but look around your home for buckets, crates, brooms (or even use sticks or branches!), pool noodles, etc. Search for things you can step on or jump over outside so you’ll be ready for your challenge tomorrow. Oh, and you’ll also need one t-shirt for every member of the family!
Family Memory Verse
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
